Career coaching includes a tailored comprehensive career assessment, coaching that integrates your key strengths, marketable skills and work style characteristics, and an understanding of how to make all this work for you.

The Comprehensive Career Assessment is the backbone of Compass Career Consulting's approach. This assessment process identifies: your key strengths, skills, career accomplishments, career drivers and work style characteristics. The Comprehensive Career Assessment includes up to 12 hours of individual coaching with eight standardized career assessment tools and includes three hours of coaching using the Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). The sessions are paced to maintain momentum and scheduled to enable you to complete any assignments. Coaching materials are included.
Services can include:
- developing your accomplishment-based resume;
- interviewing for jobs as a professional;
- negotiating job offers; and
- counselling on how to manage each step of your job search.
Career coaching services are provided at the office of Compass Career Consulting or at your workplace.
